Switching is much easier than you might think! All we need is your classroom list to get started. We can even help migrate your families' existing credit balances from your old platform. Plus, we'll work with your school's favorite vendors to bring them onto LunchUp. Contact us to discuss your transition.
How does LunchUp handle allergies and dietary restrictions?

Can I cancel or modify my child's lunch orders?
Yes. LunchUp supports flexible cancellation. Eligible paid meal orders can be cancelled before the cancellation deadline shown in your LunchUp order history. That deadline is set by the school or vendor program and can be up to 6:00 PM school local time on the day before delivery. Eligible cancellations are refunded as LunchUp Credit for future use.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure PCI-compliant payment system. You can also use LunchUp credits.

Yes. LunchUp has two built-in programs for families in need. The School Subsidy program allows schools or parent councils to set up financial assistance for specific students, automatically reducing or covering their meal costs. The Sponsor a Meal program lets any parent quietly fund a lunch for a child in need directly at checkout — no extra steps, no stigma. We believe every child deserves a hot lunch, regardless of their family's financial situation.
Can I order lunches for multiple children?
Absolutely! You can add multiple students to your account and order meals for each child individually. Each student can have different meal preferences, allergy requirements, and delivery schedules.
Can our Parent Council send emails to school families through LunchUp?
Yes. LunchUp includes a built-in email tool that lets your Parent Council or Home and School Association communicate directly with your school's families — no external mailing list or third-party tool required.
